In May this year my wife and I joined Platinum Property Partners as Franchise Partners (franchisees).

We are building our HMO portfolio in partnership with passive investors. Because of the high cash-flow generated by our investment model we are able to offer investors a very attractive rate of return whilst still retaining an acceptable level of profits for ourselves.
Our first HMO in Bedford is now up and running and fully let with one room becoming available on 21st December.
